Microphenomics Facility

The Microphenomics facility includes two fully motorized microscopes with 8-slot XY-tables that provide a great flexibility of the scanning parameters. Thich makes the system a first choice for medium-throughput projects as well as for developing new types of microscopic screenings.

The Microphenomics facility was recently reinforced by a high-throughput Zeiss Axio Scan.Z1 microscopic slide scanner with loading capacity of 100 slides. This instrument will be primarily used for intermediate type interaction screens focusing on hyphal growth analysis of pathogenic fungi.
