Macrophenomics Facility

For precise and reproducible quantification of disease symptoms on detached leaves in high throughput manner we are developing a fully automated multispectral 2D imaging station (Macrobot; in cooperation with Fraunhofer IFF Magdeburg). The system will be able to handle MTP-format agar plates with detached leaves and to acquire automatically high resolution images in visible, UV and NIR spectra.
