How to report after finalizing the project?

After completion of the project, each User Group Leader is requested to provide a project report to the management office within 6 weeks after the completion of the access using an on-line reporting portal. The Users can decide between a written report or to provide a short video on the Access.

For the written report main points which need to be reported are:

  • Duration of access and dates of visits, units of access

  • Description of performed work + main achievements (key results)

  • Potential publication of the results: How do you want to publish the data?

Additionally, an on-line internal questionnaire must be filled in by the User Group Leader to evaluate and improve the quality of access.

It is also possible to provide a short video report on the Access. The video report should be short and concise and no longer then 2-3 minutes! If you decide to provide a video, only a short summary is needed.

Please check the online Submission Platform and review your project. Decide if you would like to submit a written or video report. Click here to go to the  online Submission Platform
